UMP WITH POWDERED PEANUT BUTTER

By: Emma24

1 cup Ice
1 cup water

2 packets Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa powder (25cal per packet)
1 scoop UMP

4 tbsp PB2***
5 packets Truvia Brand (It's Stevia/Erythritol blend sweetener. This stuff is the best Stevia supplement I've tasted! Definitely no bitter taste and I swear it has a slight vanilla flavor to it)

Blend all ingredients together in a Blender and voila, you have something that tastes sinfully delicious.

Now you can play with this recipe, of course, and use less water for a thicker shaker or milk for a creamier shake. Make sure you have a decent blender that can make it totally smooth. I have a Vita-Mix industrial strength blender which makes my shakes super smooth and no ice chunks.

*** PB2 by Bell Plantation is for people like me who are crazy about peanut butter but don’t want all the fat. Just mix 2 tbsp PB2 with 1 tbsp water. It mixes into the same consistency as regular PB and it tastes the same! It's only 52 calories for 1 serving with 6g Protein. You can buy it online at bellplantation.com or do a search where they distribute their product.

PROTEIN PUDDING
Mix one scoop UMP with 2 tbs Jell-O sugar free pudding mix and just enough ice water to attain a pudding consistency. Allow mixture to thicken for a minute or two and eat with a spoon.

PROTEIN FUDGE
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla UMP
3 to 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Mix together in a bowl until ingredients reach consistency of cake icing. May be refrigerated or frozen.

PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN FUDGE

Follow directions for protein fudge. Form peanut butter into small balls slightly larger than a marble. Coat with Protein Fudge by rolling together to create a chocolate covered peanut butter ball. Refrigerate for 2 hours. May be frozen to speed up process.

NUT BUTTER BANANA CREAM

2 cups ice

Water (about 16 oz)

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 whole egg

1/8 banana

2 tbsp almond or cashew butter

3 scoops vanilla Bevelry Ultimate Muscle Protein

Add 2 cups ice to the blender. Add water (about 16 oz) to 3 cups level over ice.  Add egg, nut butter, heavy whipping cream and banana.  Add protein.  Blend for about a minute.  Makes 2 servings.

MUSCLE PROVIDER-JULIOUS

By: Rachel

Call me crazy...or call me dieting, but when making "cuts" to my diet recently I switched from having 4 strawberries in my Muscle Provider shakes to having ½ grapefruit in my shakes (grapefruit is a very thermogenic fruit.) I absolutely love it. I wish I could have a shake for every meal. Check out the recipe below. YUM!

12 oz water

½ grapefruit
2 scoops Vanilla Muscle Provider

PINEAPPLE CREAM

4-5 ice cubes

12-16 oz water

1-2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

½ cup pineapple chunks

2 scoops vanilla UMP

SIMPLE BUT TASTY

By: Matt F

1 tray ice (or vary to meet your preference)

18 oz water

2-6 tbsp heavy cream

1/8 tsp peppermint extract

3 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein or Muscle Provider

Blend to desired consistency. I haven't tried any other extracts but I'm sure they all taste just as good. Also, one teaspoon is only 12 calories and you only need 1/8 of that.
