Put 1-2 scoops UMP in a bowl and mix with water. Keep slowly adding water and stirring (I recommend a fork instead of a spoon, it thickens better) until it is pudding-like consistency.  Add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tbsp of heavy cream.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

PEANUT BUTTER MOCHA PUDDING
By:  KellyKel

2 scoops of your favorite Ultimate Muscle Protein flavor (I like to use vanilla)
1 tsp natural peanut butter (or you can use almond or cashew butter)
About ¼ cup of fresh hot coffee
2 tbsp fat free Cool Whip (use this off season)

Mix first three ingredients together in a small bowl or to make it more fun, in a coffee cup. You will need to adjust the amount of coffee depending on the consistency you desire. Top with Cool Whip as you eat.

UMP BERRY PUDDING

2 scoops Vanilla UMP
¼ cup water or enough to make a pudding consistency
¼ cup mixed berries (blueberries & raspberries)
3 sliced strawberries

Optional: 1-2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Mix UMP and ½ the recommended water until combined.  Add more water if needed to make a smooth and creamy pudding consistency.  Add heavy whipping cream if your diet calls for it.  Top with mixed berries and sliced strawberries.

BUTTERFINGER CHOCOLATE PUDDING

MERINGUE PUDDING
By:  Bignbeefy

2-3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 scoops UMP or Muscle Provider
1/3 cup of pasteurized egg whites
½ tsp of cream of tartar

Mix the eggs and cream of tartar with a hand mixer until the eggs are foamy.  Then add your heavy cream (I add 3 tbsp).  Mix until the mix starts to rise a bit, but it should still be liquid.
Next add 1 scoop of protein.  Blend until you start to get a pudding consistency.  Next add a bit of water to thin it out again.  Then add the second scoop of protein.  Blend now until you get the consistency you want.
You can add calorie free sweeteners such as Splenda or sugar free chocolate syrup or whatever you want to flavor it a bit.

NIGHT TIME PUDDING
By:  JON

In a bowl mix: 2 scoops UMP vanilla, 1 scoop Mass Maker vanilla, a drop or two of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.  Then add cream or half and half (if bulking - if cutting use fat free milk or water) slowly while mixing with a whisk.  Keep adding until the mixture is a smooth pudding. When you are done it tastes just like cake batter!  This is amazing.  Just goes to show what a quality and versatile product Beverly makes.

BED TIME DELIGHT
By:  Josh

¼ cup warm water
1 scoop Muscle Provider chocolate
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 pks Splenda
1 heaping tbsp of instant decaf coffee grounds

Mix this up really well and then freeze it for 2-3 hours, so it’s thick and stiff, but not hard like a brick. It tastes absolutely awesome!  It’s hard to imagine this is clean eating to be honest.
