HIGH PROTEIN, HIGH-CALORIE DRINKS FROM ARNOLD’S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF BODYBUILDING

Each drink below makes 3 servings. You can drink one-third between breakfast and lunch, another between lunch and dinner, and the third about one hour before bed.

 

LEVEL I

20 oz milk

4 oz cream or 1 healthy oil (like safflower or olive oil) and 3 oz water

2 eggs

2 tsp lecithin granules

1 scoop quality milk-and-egg protein (like UMP)

 

LEVEL II

16 oz milk

6 oz cream or 2 oz oil and 5 oz water

4 eggs

4 tsp lecithin

2 scoops quality milk-and-egg protein (like UMP)

 

LEVEL III

16 oz milk

8 oz cream (or 3 oz oil and 6 oz water)

6 tsp lecithin granules

6 eggs

3 scoops quality milk-and-egg protein (like UMP)
